Since 1938, Stern Grove Festival has offered free concerts to the public in a redwood-lined amphitheater in San Francisco, making it one of the city’s most cherished cultural institutions.

 

For the 2025 season of Stern Grove Festival, I was brought on to capture weekly concert footage throughout the entire 11-show series. I filmed and edited full-day coverage, focusing on dynamic artist performances, brand activations, and the energy of the crowd. Each recap highlighted not just the headlining acts, but the atmosphere of the Grove itself—its laid-back community spirit, iconic setting, and vibrant festival culture. From cinematic crowd shots to artist interviews and aerial views, I worked to deliver engaging short-form edits that resonated with fans and captured the essence of each weekend.
